Bring comfortable bikes. You all know me well enough, although I hate working on them, I don't mind riding with Scooters at all. So whichever Moped or Scooter you'd be more comfortable riding (possibly in upwards of 100 miles), then bring it on and let's ride ;^)

I was asked if we can extend the 50 mile Ride, so basically it'd be worth it to those traveling so far to get here, so we will be adding a minimum of 25 more miles to our route.

i was thinking that since it is such a short trip for me and I wouldn't be staying over night that I would just chuck the tomos in the back of my truck and come...but then I thought "I'll need that space for the raffle bike, so I better take a scooter on a trailer"

I was thinking the same thing...wanting to ride more. I thought to myself, going all that way to just ride 50 miles? I was just saying to Jeff that 50 miles wasn't enough for me, especially in beautiful Tennessee, so THANKS!! I am so glad you are adding more miles. I look forward to seeing everyone again.

Well good, I'm glad everyone is up for lots of riding ;^)
I was sorta' worried that some may not want to ride a long ride ... but there's plenty of riding area around here, so we'll do our best to make it as enjoyable as possible. OH, and since we're going ahead with the extended portion of the Ride, I may need to mention again that spare full gas cans may be a plus, since the latter half of this Ride doesn't have many gas stations (if any?).

Ike, once you see Cherokee Lake, you may want to put your boat in the water! Got extra life jackets? How about water ski's and ski vest?? I'd love to see if I can still pop up on top of the water like I did at 14, LOL!!!

Jd, if you and Lisa get there later, Bryan and I will be arriving late also...perhaps we can have dinner together, as I think the others are eating early...Bryan's cell is 706-889-2265, so give us a call from the road...we're leaving Jasper around 4:00pm Friday. Yeah, I whined to Smitty about the mileage. Lisa and I were in northern Michigan two weeks ago and had two days of about 125 miles each, and over three hundred total for the five days we were there. It was some of the best riding we've done....really beautiful area, and decent riding road (for Michigan, that is.) Just too damned far away for an MRA ride, unfortunately.

We may be making the trip....depends on what Toronto says tomorrow. Will motel it and do it on spec if we come. 1 scoot and 1 moped in the Freestar.
