I think I'm gotta get one of those top tanks. NP-motorsports quoted me $600 plus around $100 for shipping to NJ. The more I look at the picture, the more I like it.

The top tank looks like it has a nice seat. I heard complaints about the seat on the moped type. (NP50T-M) Tab put a different seat on his. So did some other guys.

Did anyone else notice Jialing actually manufactures a CB125, and it has Honda logos on the tank. Apparently they are in close relation with Honda over there. Notice the Honda wing looking logo on the NP50-GL's gas tank. Makes you wonder. If I remember correctly the original Honda PA50s were actually manufactured in Belgium by "Honda Benelux". Just a thought, maybe these bikes really have an undeserved bad rap. I enjoyed the asian mopeds killing Tomos post too. Definately food for thought, Tomos is really going to have to step up their game if they expect to really remain competitive in a cutthroat marketplace.

No more mopeds... Waiting on surgery for my lower back before it can be determined if I can ride again. I truly miss going on Ike's rides like the desert misses rain. |

I LIKE it! Top-Tank looks fine........only trouble is the guy told me it holds only 1.3 gallons(not as much as a TTLX). If I bought one,I would only buy a 70cc model, and HOPE it might have a bigger tank.

tab, does your jialing have the digital gear readout on the speedo console?
i didn't notice one on the np50mt i rode but the gl model has a digital readout that says what gear you are in.
