"Honda Motor Co, the world's largest motorcycle maker, will buy an additional 20 per cent stake in Jialing-Honda Motor Co from partner China Jialing Industrial Co, beefing up its presence in the world's fastest-growing major economy.
Jialing-Honda, currently owned equally by Honda Motor and Jialing Industrial, will halt motorcycle production and focus on making power generating equipment.
