how to take off belt cover?

Hey guys i am trying to take the belt cover (kick start cover) off of my scooter. I took all the screws out and it wont come off. It feels like there is something else holding it on from the inside. Has any one ever taken one of these apart??? i really need some help on this if any one can point me in the right direction that would be great!

Heres the scooter info

2006 MT50QT-2
Engine reads - MT139QMB
The scooter has 12'' rims
The belt cover says RSM on it
my vin # is LXKTCB0266M860285
It was sold by Red Streak Motors

Tap it lightly, probably a gasket and a couple of dowel pins holding it in place. Google 49cc GY6 CVT cover removal and belt change.

Thank you very much i got it off, the gasket was old and it was stuck on there prety good.
