So I was driving along on my QT50 and she was running just fine when for no apparent reason and rather abruptly she died. That was last week and she hasn't started since then.
I have absolutely no idea what is wrong. I didn't have any problems leading up to this. Engine isn't seized, got good spark and fuel. Even tried to put some gas into spark plug socket but she won't even sputter. She sounds different - prior to this she used to sputter a few times before she started but now she barely makes a sound. Feels like she's missing compression (I don't have a tester). Maybe I blew a seal somewhere or...? :?:
If you have any suggestions keep it simple, I am not that familiar with 2-strokes. I'll appreciate any and all help.

If its compression, my guess would be the head or cylinder gaskets, or maybe a broken piston ring.
I'm not familiar with QT50s, but that would be my guess.
I learned a lot of basic stuff from this book:

1979 Puch Free Spirit
1987 Honda Rebel
2014 Ural M70
