Yet Tomos hasn't updated their website in over a year. Not-a-good-sign.

Hey Maddog, Was the Vento a 2-stroke in 2005? I am surprised Yamaha changed to a 4-stroke instead of buildind their 2-stroke to the new EPA standards. Jim.

Hey Tab, This dealer is advertising 2006 Tomos mopeds.

I think they are left over 2005 models. IMO Jim.

I don't see them staying with that welded box frame much longer due to cost. The tubular frame of the streetmate/revival/arrow is so much cheaper to build.

The 2006 Streetmate will get two new colors, Metallic Black and Copper. Nothing else will change. Same for the Revival TS. New Black paint. I sold Gomez a 2006 Revival TS.

I think the 2006 LX, ST and Sprint will have a catalytic exhaust on the A35, and then change over to the A55 later? I am guessing on this, but i have heard little bits of info that makes me think this will happen.

Is it piston-port too Ike, or is it a reedvalve cylinder? How else does it differ from the Airsal cylinder for the A35 or Puch?

Smitty,
Yes it is piston ported. Airsal will also have a head for this kit.
